Lilian Cruz is the founder of Namaste Sound Healing and an enthusiastic lover and practitioner of holistic treatments that she offers from her independent home studio in Scotch Plains NJ. She truly believes that the body has the power to heal itself using the right tools and the right process for it. She was trained in India on Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing bowls. She is a Yoga Instructor Certified in 3 different types of Yoga and is also trained in Crystal Therapy and Chinese Foot Reflexology. Namaste Sound Healing is proud to offer private and group sessions in Sound Healing Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Chinese Foot Reflexology and Yoga.
